You’ll arrive in the Dominican Republic on THURSDAY and be met at the Santo Domingo airport by our shuttle driver. Depending on when your flight arrives, you’ll be grouped together and travel approximately 45 minutes to The Luxury Bahia Principe Bouganville, in La Romana.
Once you arrive at the resort, you’ll find a Private Group Registration where you’ll be greeted by our team and provided with the final agenda for the weekend as well as some surprise goodies!
You’ll have some time to freshen up and we’ll meet again at 7:00pm. This evening we will enjoy a Welcome Cocktail Reception and Dinner to get to know one another, create connections and set our intentions for the weekend. We will tuck away into our cozy beds early for a restful first night.
On FRIDAY and SATURDAY, we start the day off with a morning meditation and yoga session, followed by a scrumptious breakfast. Throughout the day there will be an array of interactive and educational workshops, together with a masterclass and mastermind, as well as a panel discussion. The afternoons are left intentionally unstructured so that we can enjoy some self-care “me” time and fun in the sun! Of course, there will be special activities sprinkled throughout the day for those of you that prefer to continue learning.
Each night, we’ll toast to another day together over a gorgeous group meal before heading over to the main lobby for casual chats with new friends and lively evening entertainment provided by the resort staff. If you’d rather, you can take advantage of any one of the many amazing restaurants on site and just meet up with us later on for some late night fun!
SUNDAY will be our last day together in paradise. We’ll gather one more time and dine together at our Farewell Breakfast before we say our goodbyes.

Attendees have two options of room type based on preferences and budget. All accommodations are carefully selected to enhance your experience.
When registering, you have the option to include the name of a preferred roommate if you have a friend or business partner attending. Looking to share a room? If you are traveling alone and would like to share a room with another traveler to reduce your expenses, please let us know at the time of booking. If any other traveler request for a room share, we will tell you as soon as possible.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot ($150 is non-refundable).
Registration deadline is APRIL 1, 2017, and based on availability. Please note that payment in full must be made at that time.
We understand that payment in full can be difficult for many people. We offer a 3-installment payment plan option for your convenience. Because we want your entire experience to be cost effective, there are no additional fees for utilizing the payment plan. By choosing a payment plan you agree to pay in full by APRIL 1, 2017. A 50% deposit ($150 is non-refundable) will be required to reserve your spot. If you would like to make payments towards your total before APRIL 1, 2017, you may log in to your PayPal account and send your payments to email@example.com.

You have two options for payments: Chase QuickPay or via Paypal. Both require you to send payments to firstname.lastname@example.org. Regardless of the option you chose, it will be helpful if you can email us once you have submitted so we can confirm and track your payment.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We know that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please bear in mind the following:
- You will receive full refund (minus $150 non-refundable deposit) for cancellation notice received in writing 30 or more days prior to travel date.
- You will receive a 50% refund (minus $150 non-refundable deposit) for cancellation notice received in writing 2 weeks to 30 days prior to travel date.
- Absolutely NO refunds for cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to travel date.
Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. If you decide to leave the retreat early or arrive later, we do not offer any discounts.
*There’s a $150 registration fee that is non-refundable. Please contact us immediately if you are unable to travel.
WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
We recommend you fly directly to Las Américas International Airport , Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic (Airport Code: SDQ). Round-trip private transfer services will be provided to and from Santo Domingo to the resort. Travel time between the airport and the resort is approximately 45-60 minutes depending on traffic conditions. We ask you to please provide us with your flight information before April 20th so that we can schedule you on the appropriate shuttle and provide you with confirmation details prior to your departure.
While our preferred airline is Delta, we understand that other providers might be less expensive and so we recommend you shop around for the best deals.
If you do choose to book through Delta, we ask you to please add our SkyBonus account information to your booking details. Our SkyBonus number is US0077677 and can be applied together with your personal SkyMiles account number. If you have any questions on how to do this, feel free to shoot us an email at email@example.com so we can walk you through the process.
BEST ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
The optimal arrival time on Thursday, April 27th is between 12-3pm, however do not fret if you are unable to coordinate for that time frame – anytime that you are able to join us will be fine! Please Note: We plan for a private Group Check-In starting at 3:00PM, but of course you may check-in directly with the resort at whatever time you arrive.
Finally, we’ll be kicking off our four-day adventure by enjoying a welcome cocktail reception at 7:00PM and private group dinner at 8:00PM to get to know one another, create connections and set our intentions for the weekend. If you do not believe you will arrive in time for either of these events, please let us know so that we can coordinate getting any materials and goodies being distributed during these times to your room by end of day.
Please Note: You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport and all appropriate visas, permits, certificates, and/or other required documentation the country, jurisdictions, parks, areas, etc. you will visit during the Retreat. The Business of WE is not responsible if you are denied entry or exit to/from location due to a lack of valid documentation.

DO I HAVE TO STAY ON THE PROPERTY?
Yes, the full experience includes the full, all-inclusive accommodations and cannot be removed. We don’t want you to miss out on all the fun we have planned once the sun goes down at night.
WHAT IF I HAVE A DIETARY NEED?
Just let us know in advance when registering and we’re be happy to accommodate you! Our host venue is able to accommodate most common food allergies or dietary preferences.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR, PACK, BRING?
We recommend business casual attire or whatever fits your personality best for our workshops and masterminds during the day. Include some athletic shoes and comfy yoga and/or active wear for our early morning meditation sessions and yoga classes.
You will also want to pack cocktail dresses for the equally fun and beautiful “Welcome Cocktail Party” and “Welcome Dinner” on Thursday night, but we recommend pairing them with sandals, ballet flats or other cute and comfy shoes. All too often, we don’t have the time or reason to get dressed up outside of our yoga pants. This will be a fun opportunity to enjoy girls’ night!
Finally, for our “Beach Journey” event on Saturday evening we invite you to wear all white attire as we will be taking professional group pictures.
ARE ALL WORKSHOPS AND ACTIVITIES MANDATORY?
While retreat workshops are optional and not mandatory, we encourage you to get the most of your time and your investment.
WHO WILL I ROOM WITH?
Bring a friend and you can room together! Just be sure and include each other’s names on your registration and we’ll match you up. Coming alone? Don’t fret, most of attendees who come, don’t know anyone either! We’ll match a roommate for you and let you who they are in advance. As the saying goes, “a stranger is just a friend you haven’t met yet!” We really believe you are going to go home with a lot of new friendships!
DO I NEED TO BRING A LAPTOP?
Only if you wish, but really, we’re excited about all the face-to-face time you’re going to have with new friends! The resort does offer complimentary Wi-Fi in the reception area in case you need to check a few emails. Optional Wi-Fi packages are available resort wide for an additional fee.
We recommend you turn your email “Out of Office” on while you’re at the Retreat so you can unplug and take advantage of all the amazing opportunities to learn and connect!
