It began as a vision, a calling to create a space where women could rise with confidence, lead with purpose, and thrive together.

After more than two decades in corporate finance and human resources, our CEO and founder, Paulina Lopez, felt a deeper purpose calling her forward. She had spent years helping others grow their businesses, only to realize that her true potential lay in building something of her own, something that could uplift women like her to step fully into their power.

In 2016, the vision came to life. The Business of WE (Women Entrepreneurs) was born from a deep desire to empower women beyond limits and remind us all that we are stronger together. What started as one woman’s mission has grown into a vibrant ecosystem of entrepreneurs, leaders, and change-makers who are redefining what it means to lead in business and in life.

The journey has been one of courage, connection, and conviction. There have been seasons that tested our strength and moments that expanded our vision. Through it all, one truth has guided us: women deserve spaces where they are seen, supported, and celebrated for who they are and the impact they create.

From intimate masterminds to large-scale gatherings, The Business of WE has become a space for growth and transformation.
